اے مچ تساڈا بلدا پئے
محمد ایوب

راتیں ٹھڈیاں ٹھار سہی
ہوند تساڈی سیک ودی
گھپ ہنیرے رستے تھئے
تساں چندر ہتھاں وچ چئی پھردے

بھلا ایڈی کاہلی کیوں کیتی
کیہڑا اگوں دھندا کھٹدا ہا
تساں خلق تئیں دھوکے باز نہ ہئے
سوہنے رب کوں دھوکا دیںدے چا
اُوں پہلا سد الایا ہئی
کوئی چج بہانہ لیندے چا
اُوندی لوڑ تاں ول ویندی
پر ساڈی لوڑ پوریسی کون

آہر تساڈا خشبو ہے
جیوں رت دلاں وچ پور گیو
اے مچ تساڈا بلدا پئے
تساں ادھ وچالے چھوڑ گیو

Nights are cold
Being is your warmth
Alleyways are dark,
You carry moonlight in your hands

Why such a rush?
What was so urgent?
You were fair to the creatures
The Creator would not mind
A lie or two
You answered the first call, though
Mitigations were many
His jobs will be sorted
Who will do ours?

Your being is fragrance
It fills our hearts
Your fire burns
Though you are gone

    It is a good beginning. Your thoughts should be chiseled and precise. Saraiki poetry is very sweet. But you are hitting a shovel on the thoughts. However, keep it up. You can bank on me to develop Saraiki Web site.
